The aim is to ensure effective cooperation between companies in the group while preserving their identity and specific culture. The main functions currently are sharing business opportunities, cooperating on multidisciplinary projects, and further growth of the group through acquisitions. EXPANDIA Digital's goal is to create a strong group of IT companies providing cutting-edge digital software solutions for companies operating in various industries or countries. The Expandia group holds a 78% stake in EXPANDIA Digital. EXPANDIA Digital owns a 100% stake in ARBES Technologies.

Ackee

In mid-2023, Ackee, s.r.o., a company specializing in the development of custom mobile and web applications, joined the EXPANDIA Digital family. The share in Ackee is 40% and will be further increased to 70% during 2026. Ackee has a broad customer portfolio ranging from large media groups, logistics and transport companies, leading utilities, and a number of smaller local and foreign companies that appreciate speed, creativity, and modern approaches to the deployment of mobile and web applications. Lundegaard

At the beginning of 2026, the group expanded further with the addition of Lundegaard. Lundegaard is a leading Czechia-Slovak supplier of enterprise process digitization solutions and ICT consulting in the field of digitization. The company has extensive experience in the design and implementation of modern web portals and applications in heterogeneous environments with an emphasis on security. The share in Lundegaard is 60%. Ludegaard has a number of clients in the banking sector, but has also provided services in logistics, leasing, factoring, investment management and other fields.
