About the company
Industrial Park CK s.r.o. offers warehouse, production space for rent, as well as office space and social facilities. The complex is located in the industrial area of the western part of the town of Červený Kostelec.
The total area of the complex is 60,000 m2, the leasable area is 27,500 m2. Industrial Park Červený Kostelec was built in two phases, the first phase was completed in 2010, the newer part of the complex was completed in 2020.
At the beginning of 2024 we expect the completion of a new warehouse and production hall with a total area of over 5000m2 including social and administrative facilities.
