Industry park Rousínov s.r.o. offers the rental of production and warehouse halls with comprehensive office spaces, all located in the industrial zone of Rousínov.
The complex was built during the 1960s and 70s. This building underwent a complete renovation and expansion between 2018 and 2020. The premises can be tailored to the client's wishes. The complex offers sufficient electricity connection capacity, an intra-area gas pipeline, guarded parking for 70 vehicles, excellent transport accessibility by public transport and vehicles.
The existing hall is composed of 22 identical ships, each ship is approximately 1130m2 in size and 5 m in clearance. The load capacity of the floors is 10.000 kg/m2. The construction of a new hall D with an area of 1,480m2 was completed on the site at the end of 2023. The hall has a clear height of 9.8 m and a floor load capacity of 10,000 kg/m2. A building permit has been issued for the construction of three more halls A, B and C with a total area of 4,440m2. Halls B and C can be connected to form a single unit with a usable area of 2,960m2. The halls can be adapted to the specific requirements of the tenant, construction period 6 months.
