Industry park Rousínov s.r.o. offers the rental of production and warehouse halls with comprehensive office spaces, all located in the industrial zone of Rousínov.
The complex was built during the 1960s and 70s. This building underwent a complete renovation and expansion between 2018 and 2020. The premises can be tailored to the client's wishes. The complex offers sufficient electricity connection capacity, an intra-area gas pipeline, guarded parking for 70 vehicles, excellent transport accessibility by public transport and vehicles.
The existing hall consists of 22 identical zones, each zone is about 1,100 m2 and has a clearance 5 m. The load capacity of the floors is 10,000 kg/m2. Further construction of four new halls A, B, C, D is prepared in the area, each of which will have a usable area of 1,464 m2. Halls B and C can be interconnected into one unit with a usable area of 2,928 m2. The halls will have clearance of 9.8 m and a floor load capacity of 10,000 kg/m2. The halls can be adapted to the specific requirements of the tenant. The construction time is 6 months.
