Industry park Třebíč s.r.o. offers rental of production and warehouse halls with complete office space, all in the industrial zone of Třebíč - Kožichovice.
The complex was built in the late 1980 with the completion of a new production hall in 2008.
IPT is connected to general infrastructure, it has its own transformer station with sufficient capacity, heating is provided by heat pipelines leading from the boiler room located in the vicinity of the complex. There is also a gas connection and a steam source from the boiler room located next to the premises. Part of the complex is also used as a car park lot for employees and a public transport stop is situated just outside the facility. The rented premises can be customized according to the client's wishes.
