Ing. Vladislav Veselý, MBA
Vladislav Veselý is one of the founding members of Expandia. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and subsequently completed his MBA at Thunderbird School of Global Management, Phoenix, Arizona. At Expandia group he was responsible for financial markets, acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
Currently Vladislav is actively involved in strategic development of Expandia Group, opportunity search and portfolio diversification. Vladislav is actively involved in corporate governance and strategy development.
Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors
Ing. Michal Záveský, Ph.D.
Michal Záveský has been a long-time employee of Expandia group since their beginnings in the coupon privatization. He graduated from the University of Technology in Prague and has a PhD in economics. Michal was mainly responsible for foreign expansion, led investment activities in Croatia and focused on acquisitions and financing.
Michal currently focuses on financial structuring of transactions, real estate portfolio development and strategic development of companies.
