About Ovenecká Apartments
Ovenecká 9 is a new residential project of Expandia Group. The corner house from 1900 at Ovenecká 380/9 in Prague 7 - Letná is currently undergoing a complete reconstruction and during the completion of the building a total of 67 residential units and studios for sale will be built. In the basement, brick cellars and underground garages with a capacity of 19 parking spaces will be built.
Ovenecká Street is known as the best address on Letná. The house is located in a classic development of historic apartment buildings in a quiet part of Letná, not far from Letná orchards. The place has great transport connections, just two minutes walk away is a tram stop with many connections to, among others, metro A Hradčanská or metro C Vltavská within five minutes. For car trips, the proximity of the City Ring Tunnel complex is advantageous. In the vicinity of the house there are many restaurants, cafes and shops including a supermarket.
The project is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2027.
