In addition to our responsible approach to business, creating long term value and employing skilled staff, we are also involved in a number of projects that help communities, individuals or disadvantaged groups.
In our charity work, we select projects that are close to us personally or that affect the areas where we operate. It is important to us that the resources and efforts we spend actually reach the places where they are directed, and that they do so with maximum efficiency. Furthermore, by being close to the projects, we perceive their impact and enjoy their results together with the project implementers.
Linka bezpečí, z.s. - support for the operation of the helpline and a specific project in high-risk locations
The Linka bezpečí helpline is a long-term project with more than 30 years of experience focused on helping children and youth in crisis situations. Professionals and psychologists try to help in situations such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, psychological problems, bullying, abuse, family or school problems, sexuality, etc. Consultants also actively visit children in schools and at public events that contribute to the development of mental health care for children and youth.
The helpline is mainly financed from public resources, the availability of which is limited or even declining. Therefore, private donors are becoming increasingly important in helping to develop the project further. Our support is directed both to the operation of the helpline and the engagement of the necessary experts. We have also supported a project to raise awareness of the helpline directly in schools in excluded and high-risk locations.
Magdaléna, o.p.s. - organisation for support, prevention and treatment of addictions
Magdalena's mission is to heal clients from their addictions. It accompanies them on their journey back to their families, loved ones, partners and children. It helps them gain a happy, fulfilled and free life without addiction. Magdaléna organisation has experience in addiction treatment since 1997 and tens of thousands of clients have been through her programs.
As part of its services, Magdaléna offers prevention programs for children and young people, adult education programs, complete addiction treatment including aftercare programs and coaching housing, low-threshold programs for acutely addicted clients, and a low-threshold club for children and youth.
Expandia's financial support was used to provide social and health services to people addicted to addictive substances and to all individuals and social groups at risk of this phenomenon.
METODĚJ z.s.
METODĚJ is a non-profit organization that brings together parents of children with rare metabolic diseases or patients themselves. The main focus is on mutual cooperation and assistance of parents dealing with very specific problems of metabolically ill children, as well as problems that are common in everyone's life. The organization is a support for its members, a source of information for newly diagnosed patients. Thanks to its involvement in various organizations and its many years of experience with this issue, it is able to help newly diagnosed patients and their families to get along and start functioning even in such a difficult moment, which a similar diagnosis in a child undoubtedly is. METODÉJ is also connected to the Guidance Centre and can advise on material needs.

Ledax o.p.s.
The mission of Ledax has been caring for the elderly, the long-term ill or disabled since 2007. In many places in the Czech Republic, Ledax helps its clients with everyday activities in their homes or homes for the elderly. For the terminally ill, they provide care through Domácí hospic Ledax. They provide social and health services in homes for the elderly, creating an environment that is a dignified and safe substitute for home.
Expandia Group supported the services of the Domácí hospic Ledax with its donation.
Hospic sv. Štěpána, z.s.
Hospic sv. Štěpána strives to make the end of life more pleasant for its clients. It guarantees the patient and their loved ones that they will not be alone in this situation, that the patient will not suffer unbearable pain and other physical difficulties, and that their human dignity and uniqueness will be preserved at all times.
Our donation was made to support the operation of Hospic sv. Štěpána and expenses related to the services provided.
CENTRUM HÁJEK z.ú.
CENTRUM HÁJEK is a project of the Association for the help to handicapped children, which was founded at the end of 2010. It was founded by parents caring for a severely disabled boy Samuel. CENTRUM HÁJEK was founded on the basis of an unmet demand for social and rehabilitation services for disabled children. Today, a day care centre for children up to 15 years of age and the TheraSuit intensive medical rehabilitation centre operate under this name.

Sestřička SOS, z.ú.
Sestřička SOS is a non-profit organization providing registered social services of emergency care and professional social counseling. It aims to keep clients in their home environment, where they feel safe. It links health outreach and care services so that the client is safe in their natural environment and can always call for help in case of a crisis. The Sestřička SOS helps caring families to set up comprehensive care for their loved ones, to navigate the legislative system of social and health services, to use appropriate technical and compensatory aids and to secure the necessary financial resources.
