We have been here with you since 1993
The history of the Expandia group dates back to 1993, when Investiční společnost Expandia, a.s. was founded as a manager of privatization funds. For almost 30 years, our mission has been to develop the potential of the projects in which we invest, whether it is in the area of private investment and venture capital, industrial enterprise restructuring, development of services in the financial sector or other investments.
Privatization, investment and pension funds 1993 – 2002
Investiční společnost Expandia investment company had been the founder and manager of Expandia privatization and cash mutual funds since 1993. In 1997, the Expandia group founded Expandia Invest in Croatia, a company focused on the management of investment funds. In 1999, the American company TX/Europe Group Ltd. entered the venture, becoming a 50% co-owner of Expandia Invest. In 2002, the American company Adriatic Investment Management bought 100% of Expandia Invest.
